Shipment Charge
Our shipment charges will be calculated by the quantity of
clothing (no. of pieces). Below are the estimated shipment charges
for different countries:

1. Item code ending with * means shipping charge will be calculated as 2 pieces. Item code ending with ** means shipping charge will be calculated as 3 pieces. This is because the item is heavier than other clothing.
2. Shipment duration will take approximately
5 - 7 working days to reach the destination country.
3. Customers will be required to pay for the
estimated shipment charge quoted by us.
4. Excess shipment cost will be refunded (if
any).
5. All shipment charges are estimated and
may vary due to changes in currency rates.
6. For tracking number starting with letter "E" and ending with "CN", please track the article at EMS courier service.
7. If your destination country is not listed in the table
above, please feel free to contact us and we will provide
you the necessary details.
Payment method
1. Payment currency is in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Payment currency can be customer country currency if we have the bank accounts in the country eg Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia.
2. All prices in the website are wholesale prices and exclude shipping charges.
3. Upon receiving the confirmation mail
from us, customer can proceed with the payment. Payment
instructions will be provided in the mail.
4. Once payment transaction is successful,
items will be packed and delivered. The shipment duration
to the destination country will be approximately 5 - 7 working
days. The airway bill number will be provided to our customers
to keep track of their parcels sent by the courier.
We accept payment by:
1. PayPal (Recommended) PayPal charge of 3.4% + USD0.30 is applicable. Our PayPal email address is rkfashion.admin@gmail.com.
2. Western Union Customer can choose this option upon checkout and we will provide the details in our email confirmation reply. Full payment quoted excludes Western Union charge bond by customer.
3. Bank transfer We have HSBC China, HSBC Hong Kong, HSBC Singapore, DBS Singapore and Maybank Malaysia bank accounts for transfer. Full payment quoted excludes bank charge (if any) bond by customer. No charges for local transfer to local bank account.
