Qns 1. How do I make payment for my order?

Ans: In the invoice email, you will be given our bank account numbers or PayPal email address to make payment.

 

Qns 2. How do I make payment by Western Union?

Ans: Western Union transfer can be done in any of the post offices in your country. In our invoice email to you, you will be given the receiver information to make the remittance. Please keep the receipt and provide us the following details:

Amount sent(Your currency excluding Western Union charge):
Amount sent(USD):

Qns 3. How do I make payment by PayPal?

Ans: If you do not have a PayPal account, you can either create an account there or make payment to us using your credit/debit cards.

If you already have a PayPal account, you can click on the "Send Money" option and enter our PayPal email address and the payment amount.

 

Qns 4. Why are there charges for PayPal?

Ans: Likewise for Telegraphic or Western Union transfer, there will be a charge imposed for sending money. However, PayPal offers the lowest transfer charge. PayPal is our recommended payment.

 

Qns 5. I'm from Singapore, can I make payment to Singapore DBS account?

Ans: Yes we have Singapore DBS bank account for transfer. There is no transfer charge.

 

Qns 6. I'm from Malaysia, can I make payment to Maybank account?

Ans: Yes we have Malaysia Maybank account for transfer. There is no transfer charge.

 

Qns 7. I'm from Indonesia, what is the best payment option?

Ans: We would recommend payment by PayPal if you have a PayPal account. Customers from Indonesia also make payment to us by Western Union.

 

Qns 8. What happens next after I have made payment?

Ans: Please inform us once payment is made and we will verify your payment asap.

 

Qns 9. Can I make payment by cash on delivery?
Ans: No, we do not have cash on delivery service.
